About the game
The Grid business game is a haptic business game without computer support.
The participants work on three different levels. While one level operationally carries out the exchange of a supply network (electricity) on the game plan, a second level coordinates all coordination processes between the operational level and the top management, which has strategic management and cost responsibility.
The version of Grid used in the ZMS is a development and adaptation of the original simulation game in close cooperation between intrestik and the ZMS. This way it can be used with large groups and correspondingly many teams in the context of university operations.
