Simulation Game Research Forum

With the Simulation Game Research Forum (PFF), the ZMS is launching a new series of events. The aim is to get to know current research projects, to exchange ideas and to give researchers constructive feedback that can be used in the further research process. Researchers are invited to present their projects and discuss them with experts from the simulation community.

The PFF is basically planned as a digital event to enable uncomplicated participation. Two dates per year are planned, in spring and autumn. It takes place mostly in German language.

The next meeting will take place on 06 May 2022 from 09:00 to 12:00 (registration by email to zms@dhbw-stuttgart.de). The meeting will again be dedicated to current research projects around simulation games. In 45-minute slots, projects will be presented (approx. 20 minutes) and then discussed (approx. 20 minutes). In this way, the community will gain insight into current projects and researchers will receive suggestions on how to proceed.

If you would like to present a project and put it up for discussion, we would be happy to receive a submission by email. In addition to a title, the submission should include a brief description of the project (topic/question, research method and status of the project). The deadline for submitting projects is 25 March.
